These natural variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects unless the item is damaged, unusable, unsafe, or materially different from the product description.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, photography lighting, and production batches.

Product images, videos, and promotional materials are for reference only. We do not guarantee that the product you receive will look exactly identical to the images or videos displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, specifications, availability, or product offerings at any time without prior notice.

Our handmade ceramic scented candles are intended for normal household decorative and fragrance use only.

For candle products, you should always follow basic candle safety rules, including but not limited to:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, bedding, paper, furniture, and other flammable materials.
Keep candles away from drafts, fans, air vents, and unstable surfaces.
Always place candles on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
Do not move a burning candle or a candle with hot wax.
Do not burn candles for longer than the recommended burn time.
Stop using the candle if the container becomes cracked, damaged, overheated, or unsafe.
Do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended use.

Our products are not toys and are not intended for children.

FOUR D BABY is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or other issues caused by misuse, improper handling, failure to follow safety instructions, unauthorized modification, abnormal use, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for delivery failure, loss, delay, return, or additional shipping fees caused by the incorrect information.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our products are shipped from China.

Order processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully received. Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping transit time.

Estimated delivery time to the United States is usually 7 to 15 business days after shipment. Delivery times to Canada, the European Union, and other destinations may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, weather, public holidays, force majeure events, local delivery issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you and provide options as required by applicable law.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after delivery. However, where required by applicable law, your mandatory consumer rights will not be limited.

For customers in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer laws apply, risk of loss or damage transfers according to applicable law. For European Union consumers, where the carrier is arranged by us, we remain responsible for the goods during delivery until they are delivered to you or to a person designated by you, unless you choose your own carrier independently.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Because our products are handmade ceramic scented candles, they are fragile and may be affected by use, opening, burning, handling, scent exposure, wax condition, hygiene, and product integrity. For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, used, burned, opened, damaged, altered, customized, personalized, or non-resalable handmade scented candles are generally not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at 207057381@qq.com and provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the product, outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

To help us resolve damage or defect claims efficiently, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours after delivery. This recommended reporting period does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If we confirm that the issue was caused by product damage, defect, or our fulfillment error, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution. For confirmed quality issues, return shipping costs will be covered by us where a return is required.

We do not accept exchanges unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

For European Union consumers, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, unless an exception applies under applicable law. To exercise this right, please contact us through our customer service email or through any electronic withdrawal function provided on our website.
